Zagreb, 3 October 2024 – Since the beginning of October Prvo plinarsko društvo d.o.o. (PPD) has had a new three-member management board. The company's leadership has been assumed by Ivana Pek Lučić, Zvonimir Šibalić, and Slaven Rajman, who have each previously worked at PPD as top experts in their respective fields of gas operations and together, they will continue to contribute to the ongoing strategic positioning of PPD in the market.

After graduating in electrical engineering and computer science, Ivana Pek Lučić began her career at PPD, where she has successfully developed her career within the company, holding various roles related to portfolio management over the years. She will now bring her expertise in this area to an executive level, and in her new role as a member of the management board, she will be responsible for logistics, gas procurement, and portfolio management.

Zvonimir Šibalić has also built his professional career within PPD, where he has worked since 2012, during the early stages of the deregulation of the natural gas market in Croatia. Over the years, he held the position of Director at PPD Global in Switzerland, focusing on the development of financial trading and hedging strategies. He also served as Director of PPD Energija in Ljubljana and recently served as an advisor in the parent company, where he was responsible for wholesale operations and developing new business opportunities. Šibalić now assumes the role of PPD's management board member, responsible for trading and the development of new business opportunities.

Slaven Rajman has built his career within Atlantic Grupa and the ENNA Group for over 15 years, where he held various executive roles in controlling and finance. Most recently, he served as Finance Director at PPD, a role he will continue to oversee as a new management board member.

The former members of the management board, Antonija Glavaš and Ivana Ivančić, have made significant contributions to the company's development and achievement of its results during their terms, and they will continue to do so in the future. Antonija Glavaš will assume a new role as an advisor to the management board of PPD, while Ivana Ivančić, in addition to her advisory role at PPD, will focus on leading Enna Geo, where she will be responsible for a €240 million investment in geothermal energy, which, alongside the Rijeka Gateway project, is the largest individual investment of the ENNA Group.

Commenting on the changes, PPD's founder and owner, Pavao Vujnovac, thanked the long-serving members of the management board for their dedicated work and exceptional contribution to the company's growth. "Their expertise, vision, and commitment have played a crucial role in PPD's expansion over the years. Strong foundations have been laid in recent times, and now it is time for further advancement. PPD has, over the years, 'nurtured' and educated the best and most capable experts in the gas business in the region, which is why I am particularly proud that they will be the ones to take on the responsibility for the company's continued development," said Pavao Vujnovac.

The new leadership of PPD will continue to strengthen the company's position as the leading natural gas supplier in Croatia and ensure the security of supply for the domestic market, with an additional focus on developing new specialised products and supporting customers.
